Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made to JJK Marketing Solutions are final and non-refundable, as our services require time, expertise, and resource allocation from the moment work begins.

2. Service-Based Refunds

Because we provide digital marketing, strategy, and consulting services, refunds cannot be issued for:

Work already completed

Time spent on research, strategy, or communication

Ads management or optimization already performed

Any part of a project that has been started

3. Deposits & Upfront Fees

Deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable, as they secure project time and resources.

4. Cancellation of Services

Clients may cancel services at any time, but:

No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work

Remaining unpaid balances for completed work must still be settled

5. Poor Results or Performance

We do not guarantee specific marketing results.
Refunds will not be provided for:

Low ad performance

Decreased sales

Platform changes or restrictions

Market shifts or industry-related challenges

Marketing outcomes depend on factors beyond our control (budget, audience, competition, algorithms).

6. Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days.
Legitimate billing errors will be corrected immediately.
